Robert Schmid:

Rob has spent 20+ years in the trade gaining knowledge in commercial electrical aswell as specializing in refrigeration and controls.
Michael Gierscher:
Vice-President
Mike started in the electrical industry over 15 years ago doing commercial electrical and moving to project management.
Why JEM?
Rob and Mike have always held family close and when starting this company there is no difference.
“JEM” comes from the first initals of their grandfathers. All three of whom helped shape the ideas and beliefs that Rob and Mike hope to carry along with the company.
