JEMTech is led by Rob and Mike—longtime friends, tradesmen, and co-founders who share a passion for quality work and strong relationships. With over 35 years of combined experience in the electrical industry, they bring a hands-on approach to every project, from residential service calls to large-scale commercial builds. Their leadership is rooted in trust, family values, and a commitment to doing things the right way—building a team that treats every job like it’s their own.

  • President, Master Electrician

    With over 20 years of hands-on experience, Rob has built deep expertise in commercial electrical work, with a specialized focus in refrigeration systems and controls.

    Mike began his career in the electrical industry over 15 years ago, starting in commercial installations before moving into project management, where he now leads teams and oversees projects from planning to completion.
